363: Sunday

Ah, Sunday. The day for brunch, lazing, and walks in the park. Today’s dress fits right in there, rendered with white acrylic and pen on toned paper. A bit of micro-impasto lends some 3d edge to the degrade beading on the skirt.

I’m also a sucker for veils. You see a lot of fascinators, clips and birdcage headpieces these days, and I think that’s a bit of a shame. I love the idea of a longer veil even with a short dress- it’s a little unexpected but pretty fly.
