332: Before and After, Bridesmaid Edition

I’m at home, so I’m feeling a little nostalgic. I’m also trying to finish a wedding dress by tomorrow, so my headspace is not in sketching-land. In that spirit, here are working sketches I created for my sister when she was a bridesmaid a couple years ago. The only requirement was yellow- so I sent Kirsten a handful of sketches and a swatch of every yellow fabric I had on hand. We ended up going with a finely pleated sweetheart dress with beaded tulle cap sleeves, and in my opinion, she was the best-dressed bridesmaid around.
